Do you ship to my country?
We offer deliveries worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed services depending on your delivery location.

Simply enter your full delivery address when checking out.

Any relevant taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost depends on the country you are based.

Please note, all taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if your order is returned.
How long does shipping take?
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - 1 day
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - 2-3 days
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm - Next working day
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - 3-4 days
Royal Mail International Tracked - 3-4 days

Our cut-off time for deliveries including next day is 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not going to be in, please use Royal Mail’s Change Your Delivery Service here www.royalmail.com/receiving/change-your-delivery-options
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been dispatched, make sure to get in touch on our email admin@room14menswear.co.uk with your order number and updated shipping address.

If your order has been shipped, the quickest way to change your delivery address is to contact Royal Mail with your tracking information and enter your preferred delivery address.
Where is my order?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once you have received this, a separate dispatch email will follow with a tracking number and confirming that your order is on it’s way.

All of our orders are fully trackable through www.royalmail.com

Items usually take 1 working day to be sent out, so if you have not received your dispatch email after this, please get in touch at admin@room14menswear.co.uk with your order number and we’ll be glad to help.
Can someone else sign for my shipment?
Yes, Royal Mail require that somebody at the delivery address is available to sign for the parcel, this doesn’t need to be the addressee.

Once a signature is electronically logged for security, any signature provided at the address is taken as proof of delivery by ourselves.

Once the delivery is confirmed at the address, we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or misplaced after a signature is recorded.

Before you order, please make sure you select a safe address for delivery if you are not able to sign for the package yourself.

Can I change or cancel my order?
When an order is placed and depending on what stage the order is at, this is not always possible, but we try to accommodate as much as we can to help.

Once the order is marked as dispatched, it cannot be changed or recalled. If you have any issues with your order, we’re always here to support at admin@room14menswear.co.uk
What does my order status mean?
When you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away.

Depending on the postage method selected and the time of your order, it usually takes around 1 working day for us to dispatch your items. This may vary if the order is placed during busy periods or weekends.

Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email from us confirming fulfillment and a tracking number for your parcel.
When will I be charged for my order?
All payments for your full order will be taken immediately.

The total amount you pay is the same regardless of your payment method.

All payments are secure and handled by Shopify Payments.
There is a problem with the item I received
Please get in touch through our store email as soon possible.

We will need details of the issue you are facing with the item accompanied by images.

We’ll also need your name, order number, date of purchase and also clarification if the purchase was made in-store or from or website.

From there, we will take a look and get in touch on how we can assist you. This may also mean returning the item to us for inspection.
The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?
Unfortunately not. We are sorry if you have narrowly missed out on one of our promotions or discounts, however the price you pay for an item is always correct at the time of purchase.

PAYMENTS

Klarna
We accept payment by Klarna. This allows you to buy now and spread the cost over 3 interest free instalments. Klarna accepts all major credit and debit cards, however Prepaid cards are not accepted.

The first payment will be made at the point of purchase, with the remaining instalments scheduled every 30 days. Don’t worry, Klarna will keep in touch with you before each payment is due.

If you’ve paid by Klarna but need to return your purchases, our usual returns policy applies.

Finally, you’ll only be able to use Klarna’s instalment plan on orders shipped within the UK.
